B. Odhavji and Company was founded by Late Mr Babubhai Odhavji Valia, in the year 1930. The company has been a distributor of Tata Steel Ltd. since and remains today amongst one of their oldest and leading distributors of the country for the designated products. Subsequently, in 2009, the firm also got the distribution of Tata Bluescope Color Coated Sheets.
The firm has been associated with Tata Steel Ltd over the years in various capacities as distributors, consignment agents and service providers.
Over the years, the firm has transformed itself from a family driven to the professionally managed establishment by aligning the structure, resources and people to achieve the goals of the management and simultaneously those put forth by Tata Steel Ltd.
