लाखों लोग confused रहते हैं। किसी के लिए success = पैसे, किसी के लिए success = fame, किसी के लिए success = power. लेकिन असली success क्या है? चलिए इसको गहराई से समझते हैं।

Success is Not Permanent – Success is Dynamic

सबसे पहले ये बात अपने दिमाग में बैठा लीजिए –
👉 Success कभी permanent नहीं होती।

आज आपके पास करोड़ों रुपए हैं, कल आपका नाम अख़बारों में छप रहा है, लेकिन अगर आपने उसे maintain और grow नहीं किया, तो वो success हाथ से निकल जाएगी।

Example:
एक businessman ने एक बड़ा brand बनाया। लेकिन वो arrogance में आकर आगे innovation नहीं कर पाया। कुछ साल बाद competitors आगे निकल गए और उसका brand खत्म हो गया।

➡️ Success का मतलब सिर्फ एक बार जीतना नहीं है, success का मतलब है लगातार जीतते रहना और maintain करना।

Success = Doing What You Truly Want

मेरे अनुभव में success का सबसे simple definition है:

👉 “जो आप करना चाहते हो, वही आप कर रहे हो, और उसमें आनंद ले रहे हो।”

अगर मैं coaching करना चाहता हूँ और कर रहा हूँ – मैं successful हूँ।
अगर कोई painter painting करना चाहता है और दिन-रात painting कर रहा है – वो successful है।

लेकिन…
अगर resources तो हैं, पैसा भी है, घर भी है, लेकिन दिल के अंदर एक pinch है कि “कुछ अपना बनाना चाहिए,” और आप action नहीं ले रहे, तो आप satisfied नहीं हो। Satisfaction के बिना success अधूरी है।

The Role of Struggle in Success

Success = Struggle.
Success का दूसरा नाम ही struggle है।

👉 Fancy English: Going through the grind.
👉 Pure Hindi: संगर्ष करना।

जो needed struggle है, अगर आप उसे कर रहे हो, तो आप success की तरफ बढ़ रहे हो।
लेकिन अगर struggle से भाग गए, तो आप fail हो।

Example:
Sachin Tendulkar cricket में God नहीं बने बिना struggle किए। दिन-रात practice, चोटें, failures – ये सब struggle ही उनकी success का हिस्सा था।

➡️ याद रखिए – No struggle, no success.

Society vs Success – “Log Kya Kahenge?”

Success की सबसे बड़ी रुकावट society है।
👉 लोग क्या कहेंगे?
👉 लोग मजाक उड़ाएंगे।
👉 लोग insult करेंगे।

लेकिन असली बात ये है –
👉 लोग आपकी बुराई तभी करेंगे जब उन्हें लगेगा कि आप सही direction में आगे बढ़ रहे हो।

Example:
जब कोई छोटा YouTuber viral होता है, तो अचानक negative comments आने लगते हैं। यह proof है कि वो सही रास्ते पर है।

➡️ अगर आप society के डर में जी रहे हो, तो आप fail हो। Success के लिए society की “शर्म और इज़्ज़त” को खूँटी पर टांगना पड़ता है।

Success Demands Clarity

Confusion success का सबसे बड़ा enemy है।

👉 आज freelancer बनना है, कल government job चाहिए, फिर YouTube करना है – ये success नहीं है।
👉 Success तभी possible है जब आपके पास clarity हो कि आपको कहाँ जाना है।

Vision Board बनाइए।
अपने goals को लिखिए। Clear रखिए कि आप कहाँ जाना चाहते हैं।

➡️ अगर direction clear है और आप consistently action ले रहे हो – आप पहले से successful हो।

The Power of Guidance

Success अकेले possible नहीं होती।
👉 हमें guidance चाहिए।

लेकिन ध्यान रहे – guidance आपको relatives या पड़ोसियों से नहीं लेनी है।
👉 Real guidance केवल उस field के experts से लेनी चाहिए जिन्होंने already वो journey तय कर ली है।

Example:
अगर आप business करना चाहते हो, तो successful entrepreneurs से सीखो। अगर coaching करना चाहते हो, तो established coaches से सीखो।

➡️ सही guidance से आपका रास्ता छोटा और आसान हो जाता है।

Trusting the Universe – The Spiritual Dimension of Success

Success सिर्फ मेहनत और struggle से नहीं आती।
👉 Success का एक आध्यात्मिक dimension भी है – Trusting the Universe.

कभी चोट लगे, insult हो, किसी ने धोखा दिया – तो इसे negativity मत मानो।
👉 मानो कि Universe आपको signal दे रहा है कि आपको better लोगों और better रास्ते की तरफ जाना है।

Example:
किसी ने आपकी बेइज़्ज़ती कर दी। इसका मतलब Universe आपको बता रहा है – ये लोग आपके लायक नहीं हैं, इनसे दूर रहो।

➡️ हर insult, हर rejection को Universe का blessing समझो।

Success = Joy in Work

Success की सबसे simple definition है –
👉 अगर जिस काम को आप कर रहे हैं, उसमें आपको आनंद आता है, तो आप successful हो।

Example:
मुझे blogging, coaching, और content बनाने में आनंद आता है। इसलिए मैं successful हूँ।
किसी को farming में आनंद आता है, तो वो भी successful है।

➡️ Joy in work = Real success.

Success is Dirty but Beautiful

Success कोई साफ-सुथरा खेल नहीं है।
👉 Success is a dirty game.

आपको society की insult झेलनी पड़ेगी, बार-बार गिरना पड़ेगा, बार-बार उठना पड़ेगा।
लेकिन जो इन सबको ignore करके आगे बढ़ते हैं, वही असली successful लोग बनते हैं।

Example:
Steve Jobs को Apple से निकाल दिया गया था। लोग हँसे। लेकिन वो लौटे और Apple को दुनिया का नंबर 1 brand बना दिया।

➡️ यही है success – dirty but beautiful.

Conclusion: Success Formula

तो अब success का formula simple है –

1. Clear goal रखो।

2. Consistent action लो।

3. Struggle accept करो।

4. Society की negativity ignore करो।

5. सही mentors से guidance लो।

6. Universe पर भरोसा रखो।

7. अपने काम में आनंद ढूँढो।

👉 “What is success? How should one truly define it?”

Many remain confused. Some think success means money, some think it is fame, others believe it is power. But real success goes deeper. Let us break it down, step by step, through analysis, examples, and lived wisdom.

Success is Never Permanent

The first principle of success is simple yet often forgotten:
👉 Success is not permanent. Success is dynamic.

Today, you may hold wealth, status, or a powerful position. But if you stop nurturing it, if you stop taking thoughtful actions consistently, that very success will dissolve.

This is why in my book “Power of Thoughtful Action” I emphasize that daily decisions, however small, create or destroy the future of your success.

Example:
A successful company that once dominated its market can collapse within a few years if it stops innovating. Success must be maintained with continuous thoughtful action.

➡️ Success is not a one-time trophy. It is a daily practice.

Success = Doing What You Truly Want

To me, the clearest definition of success is this:
👉 “Success is when you are doing what you truly want to do, with joy and conviction.”

If I want to create content, coach entrepreneurs, and write powerful books that transform lives – and I am doing exactly that – I am successful.

But…
If someone is financially secure, has a house, property, and wealth, yet feels an inner emptiness – a burning desire to do something meaningful but never acts on it – then he is not truly successful.

➡️ Success is alignment between inner desire and outer action.

Success Requires Struggle

The foundation of success is struggle.
👉 Success = Embracing the struggle, not avoiding it.

In polished English, we call it “going through the grind.” In simple words – it is about doing the hard, necessary, and sometimes dirty work required to achieve your vision.

In “Power of Thoughtful Action,” I explain that struggle is not punishment; it is the natural filter that separates the half-hearted from the dedicated.

Example:
APJ Abdul Kalam, born in a humble fisherman’s family, sold newspapers as a child. But his vision, consistency, and willingness to struggle made him the Missile Man of India and the People’s President.

➡️ Success demands the courage to go through pain, sacrifice, and discipline. Without this, dreams remain dreams.

The Trap of Society – “What Will People Say?”

One of the greatest obstacles to success is society.
👉 People will question you.
👉 They will mock you.
👉 They will insult you.

But let me tell you:
👉 People only attack when they see that you are moving forward with strength.

As a Proud Sanatani, I have learned from the Ramayana, the Gita, and the Mahabharata – even divine warriors faced criticism. Shri Ram faced exile, Shri Krishna was accused, Arjuna doubted himself. But those who walked the path of Dharma with clarity and action always reached true success.

➡️ If you live for society’s approval, you will fail. To succeed, you must put society’s shame and false respect aside.

Success Demands Clarity

Confusion is the biggest enemy of success.
Today you want to become a freelancer, tomorrow you want a government job, and the next day you dream of YouTube fame. This is not success – it is wandering.

👉 Success comes only when you have clarity of vision and commitment to one path.

Practical Step:
Make a Vision Board.
Write your goals. Revisit them daily. Adjust when needed, but once you set direction – walk it with courage.

This is the very essence of “Power of Thoughtful Action” – clarity is power, and action makes clarity real.

➡️ Clarity + Consistency = Success.

The Role of Mentorship

Success is not a solo climb.
👉 Every successful person has had a mentor, guide, or Guru.

But not every advice is worth listening to.
👉 Do not take guidance from relatives, gossipers, or jealous peers.
👉 Seek wisdom only from those who have already achieved in your chosen field.

Example:
When I was building my digital empire, I didn’t ask casual relatives. I followed successful coaches, marketers, and mentors. That saved me years of mistakes.

➡️ The right mentor collapses decades into days.

Success is Trusting the Universe

There is also a spiritual truth:
👉 Success requires faith in the Universe.

When life gives you rejection, betrayal, or insult – do not ask “Why me?” Instead, say: “This too is for my growth.”

The Sanatani philosophy teaches us that every insult, every setback, every betrayal is simply the Universe redirecting us away from wrong people and wrong paths.

Example:
If someone disrespects you, take it as a signal: “These people are not aligned with my journey.” That pain is not your destruction; it is your redirection.

➡️ Faith turns wounds into wisdom.

Joy in Work = True Success

At the core, success is not measured in rupees or dollars.
👉 True success is enjoying your work every single day.

I enjoy writing, mentoring, and coaching. I enjoy building systems and empowering digital entrepreneurs. That joy itself is my success.

You may be a teacher, an artist, or a farmer. If you love what you do, if you wake up with energy to continue it – you are already successful.

➡️ Joy is the highest currency of success.

Success is Dirty but Beautiful

Let’s not romanticize success.
👉 Success is not a clean, polished path. Success is dirty, painful, yet breathtakingly beautiful.

You will be mocked.
You will be dragged down.
You will be doubted.
But every time you rise after falling, you grow stronger.

Example:
Steve Jobs was humiliated when he was thrown out of Apple. But he returned with vision and created the world’s most valuable company.

➡️ Success belongs to those who refuse to quit, no matter how dirty the battle becomes.

The Success Formula

Let me summarize everything into a clear formula:

1. Define a clear goal.

2. Take consistent, thoughtful action.

3. Embrace struggle, don’t avoid it.

4. Ignore society’s negativity.

5. Learn only from real mentors.

6. Trust the Universe.

7. Find joy in your work.

Follow this, and you are already successful. This is the living application of my book “Power of Thoughtful Action.”
