According to a Sacnilk report, ‘Dunki’ achieved an overall Hindi occupancy of 29.94% on Thursday, capturing the hearts of cinema-goers across the nation. Fans wasted no time in expressing their excitement, taking to social media platforms to share their reviews and celebrations. The enthusiasm reached new heights as more than a 50-feet cut-out of Shah Rukh Khan was installed, and festivities extended for an extended period.
The love for ‘Dunki’ was not confined to India alone. The film received a standing ovation during the Censor Board screening held at Vox Cinemas in UAE, creating anticipation even before its official release.
Shah Rukh Khan’s fan club, SRK Universe, organized a special screening for the first show at 5:55 AM at Mumbai’s iconic Gaiety Galaxy. This fan club, known for its early morning screenings, has previously organized similar events for Shah Rukh Khan’s films like ‘Jawan’ and ‘Pathaan’ at the same theatre.
