Ayodhya, January 22, 2024 – In a historic turn of events, Iqbal Ansari, a former litigant in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute case, announced the definitive end to the longstanding controversy over the Ram Temple. His statements came ahead of the eagerly anticipated ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony for Ram Lalla scheduled to take place today in Ayodhya.
Addressing the media, Ansari conveyed a sense of resolution and expressed that the struggles surrounding the Ram Temple have concluded. He underscored the significance of the day for the people, symbolizing the end of a chapter in the city’s historic dispute.
“All deities of all religions reside in the city of Ayodhya. Pran Pratishtha is going to take place today. This is the beginning of the Mandir…Whatever may have been the struggle, today has become the day of the people. Now people should visit and see whatever is there in Ayodhya; they should follow the path shown by God Ram,” Ansari remarked.
Welcoming the Prime Minister and Other Guests: Ansari extended a warm welcome to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is set to attend the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji is most welcome at Ayodhya. Every coming guest is a welcome sign for us. Whoever is there today, whoever comes to our door, we welcome him. This is our tradition,” he said.
Ansari had received an invitation to the ceremony, expressing his happiness and affirming that they would be welcoming all guests of Ayodhya.
