Mumbai: Despite the longstanding rift between actor Govinda and his nephew Krushna Abhishek, the Bollywood veteran made a surprising appearance at the wedding of Krushna’s sister, Arti Singh, to businessman Dipak Chauhan. Govinda, who may not be on talking terms with Krushna, put aside their differences to celebrate the joyous occasion of his niece’s wedding.

The actor arrived at the venue looking dapper in a black bandhgala, stunning fans and the media alike. He graciously posed for photographers and greeted them before joining the festivities. In an interview with Instant Bollywood after the event, Govinda expressed his well-wishes for Arti, saying, “Ishvar se praarthana hai, jo kripa Arti par hui hai kisi prakaar ka vastu dosh na lage” (I pray for her wellbeing and may God protect her from evil eyes).

Krushna Abhishek and his wife Kashmera Shah were visibly pleased with Govinda’s presence at the wedding. Kashmera expressed her happiness, stating that Govinda blessed her two children, while Krushna spoke of their emotional connection, emphasizing their bond.

Before the wedding, Kashmera took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message for Arti, welcoming Dipak into the family and expressing her love and support for her sister-in-law.
