AICC General Secretaries/in-charges, PCC Presidents, CLP leaders, and AICC secretaries in-charge of the state/UT will serve as ex-officio members, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive selection process.

The party has divided the nation into five clusters, each headed by a chairman and consisting of key members to oversee the candidate shortlisting process. Here is an overview of the clusters and their respective leaders:

• States/UTs: Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Puducherry
• Chairman: Harish Chaudhary

Cluster 2:

• States/UTs: Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Odisha, Andaman & Nicobar Islands
• Chairman: Madhusudan Mistry
• Members: Suraj Hegde, Shafi Parambil

Cluster 3:

• States/UTs: Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Daman & Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli
• Chairman: Rajani Patil
• Members: Krishna Allavuru, Pargat Singh

Cluster 4:

• States/UTs: Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh

Cluster 5:

• States/UTs: Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim
