CBSE Class 10th and 12th Board Exam Results Expected Soon
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is gearing up to unveil the much-awaited results for the Class 10th and Class 12th board exams. According to the latest announcement from the board, the results are anticipated to be released after May 20th. This year, around 39 lakh candidates nationwide appeared for the CBSE Board Exam 2024 for classes 10 and 12.
The Class 10 examinations were conducted from February 15 to March 13, while the Class 12 examinations spanned from February 15 to April 2, 2024. Both exams were held in a single shift, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
To streamline the result-checking process, the CBSE has issued 6-digit access codes for DigiLocker accounts of Class 10th and 12th students. These codes can be obtained from their respective schools.
Once the results are announced, eligible candidates can access them through multiple platforms, including the official websites cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbseresults.nic.in. Additionally, students can also receive their results via SMS by sending specific formats to 7738299899. For Class 10 results, students should send “CBSE10,” while for Class 12 results, the format is “CBSE12 (roll number) (date of birth in DDMMYYYY format) (school number) (Centre number).”
It’s important to note that SMS charges may vary depending on the mobile network provider.
To pass the exams, students need to secure a minimum of 33 percent marks.
